From a very young age, Bindy can remember being aware. Aware of her surroundings, the energy in rooms she would walk into, people that she was near, the wisdom that came through nature, the feelings or guidance that spoke to her often.

Her mother having been born and raised in Tehran, Iran shared ancient Persian medicine with her from the beginning, teaching her hypnosis and meditation, many old ways of nurturing the body through a deep awareness of what we put into our bodies. Pureed cucumber drinks, lentils and barley soups, and smoothies in the VitaMix were just some of the gifts her mother educated her with. This medicine has carried with her through the years, expanding and growing.

At 23, Bindy became a personal trainer and spinning instructor. She began helping people live healthier lives through full body and spirit wellness.  Eight years later, in 2003 Bindy became a Usui Reiki Master & Teacher which began a much deeper personal healing journey and opened gateways into becoming a Magnified Healer and Shamanic Sound and Energy Healer.

She released her CD "Elevated Pathways, a Journey in Sound" in May of 2011, a 64 minute one track live recording of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.  She has plans to go back into the studio this Fall to record again.

Bindy offers private Shamanic Sound & Energy healing sessions, private Sound Bath's for couples or families, Reiki Certification trainings and public Sound Bath's at the Cafe and across MA & NH.  She also is a distributor for Crystal Tones crystal singing bowls and has access to those seeking antique and old Tibetan & Indian singing bowls.

When the Cafe is closed, please enter from #3 Washington Street, the side building entrance.  Walk to end of hall, and "pull" open the half glass door.  The waiting area is down the hall once inside. There is on street parking on Washington and Main Street, as well as 2 parking lots off Washington Street.
