Entrance to the yoga space is from #3 Washington Street. "Closed" classes require pre-registration. "Community" classes are open to all and do not require pre-registration.

Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to classes and a twin-size throw or blanket.










In the spirit of deep-routed Yoga tradition, our classes draw on a variety of Yoga disciplines including traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative.  All classes are geared toward students of all ages and abilities so that no-one is left behind.  The best part of our yoga classes?  Students have the option of a mini-neck massage while in Savasana (final rest pose).

Yoga Flow LITE
Yoga Flow LITE is a class Restorative Yoga class for all levels that will leave you feeling nothing but bliss.  This class will help you unwind your spine, increase flexibility and bring calm and relaxation to your mind.  

Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is a class for all levels that incorporates vinyasa yoga with balancing, strength building and flexibility producing asanas (poses).   This class also provides students with more challenging asanas.  There are always modifications so that students can tailor their practice to their own specific needs.
